Re: how to delete On Demand Recently Viewed items Dear StephanieA, How can I delete OnDemand Recently viewed folder? Do I have to cancel my COX service to do this and get DirectTV? Stop giving answers that don't solve the problem. Re: how to delete On Demand Recently Viewed items Both of my DVR boxes were taken out and replaced with a new DVR box, yet the "Recently Watched" list did not clear. This tells me that theRecently Watched information is kept on Cox's server. Cox would only have to keep a record of Pay Per View shows watched for billing-much of On Demand is not PPV-so there is no billing reason for Cox to keep a record of what was watched if it is not PPV. Re: how to delete On Demand Recently Viewed items I had my DVR boxes swapped out and the On Demand Recently Watched list did not get cleared. This can only mean that Cox is keeping our viewing history on their servers linked with our accounts. This appears to be a violation of their privacy policy which says that they only keep anonymized data on viewing history. Re: how to delete On Demand Recently Viewed items Has there been any progress made in finding a way to delete the "Recently Viewed" list in OnDemand? I am having my dvr boxes swapped out tomorrow and want my viewing history to be private as it should be. Re: On Demand channels not working I have been having issues since the recent software upgrade. Press On Demand and I get "Loading...Please wait." Or then I get the error message. When it has been working there is a lot of latency going through the menus. They should change the name from "On Demand" to something else because it certainly is not "On Demand". Re: Email Outage Update We have been out since early evening on Friday 12/14 in Rhode Island. That is not this morning. Re: Whole night of not recorded shows Slikmar I read your post and the responses by the Cox tech and it just confirms what I have experienced most times I have dealt with Cox Tech support: they don't understand your question, and /or theydon't understand how the product works or they just do not know how to use logic to identify what the problem is and is not. Most times they seem to be working off of a script and often they are not even on the correct script or the correct branch of the script.
