Music Choice Audio Problems

Cox Phoenix Area - Music Choice Audio Problems

For the last month or more the Music Choice Channels have been experiencing constant Audio drop-outs.

I notice it mainly on all the SD Music Choice channels, My HD Music Choice channels work most of the time.

I was at a relatives home yesterday in Glendale, and their problem was the exact opposite, Their HD Music Choice channels were the ones mostly effected, with constant Audio drop-outs.

Please look into this issue.

    Hi bryaninphx,

    We will gladly look into this issue for you. Do you notice if this only occurs during certain times of the day? Can you verify what channels you've had this problem on? When you lose audio, do you have to tune away from the channel and come back to it in order for the audio to be restored or does it come back on its own?
