The On Demand menu listing for the HGTV network is only displaying 4 show options - vs the usual 30+ shows in their line-up. This change happened approx 1 week ago. Two calls - and two reboots - later, the limited HGTV On Demand issue continues. Cox Kansas rep I spoke to via telephone was able to confirm seeing the same limited options (4) as I when she checked a local TV within her support site and confirmed this was not usual. Both Cox reps (Lousiana & Kansas) I’ve spoken to by phone in an effort to resolve this concern have suggested I wait to see if the problem resolves itself. After 1 week, I’m not putting any confidence in waiting as a problem solving option. Any suggestions on how I can get back to viewing current shows vs the limited four offerings? thank you in advance for any help/direction.
THANK YOU for looking into this. I finally feel like Cox is responding pro-actively to my complaint. The last Cox rep I spoke to by phone told me I had to call HGTV myself and gave me their #. This last recommendation - coupled with the previous "be patient and wait for it to fix itself" diagnosis - surely didn't make this 30+ year customer feel valued. I, too, tried to title search several of the HGTV shows with no success. I look forward to hearing your follow-up - but mostly to seeing this On Demand access issue fixed. Thank you again.
Reaching out again regarding HGTV On Demand issues: Specifically asking why the following "Windy City Rehab" issues are not available: Historical Pain or Economic Gain aired 2/19, Fire Sale Fail to Dream aired 2/26, and Roof Raising Race for Space aired 3/5. All the other Windy City Rehab episodes which have aired are accessible - - so would like to be able to view these missing three. Thank you.
So - just checking in to see how that "escalation" effort is going as I just checked On Demand and see I still cannot access the missing episodes. PLUS, I now have another HGTV series - Restored by the Fords - to add to my list of missing On Demand shows. I echo your hope in seeing these omissions resolved as soon as possible and wonder where things stand? thanks
Cking in to see if the Video Team has any updates on getting the HGTV missing episodes from the two series identified above? I'm beginning to believe the "On Demand" feature is literal - as in... customers have to actually and repeatedly demand the shows that are overdue for posting. Wondering why this can't be an easy & quick fix?????
We received word that this should be corrected now.

Not sure where you're getting the "word" from - but it isn't accurate according to this morning's check of On Demand listings for HGTV. Perhaps it's Cox's version of an April Fool? But seriously, WHY can you not get this fixed?? WHY is this request so difficult to resolve?
