UNSUBSCRIBE AND RE-SUBSCRIBE

Is there a process by which a current customer can re-do their entire Cox package. The cost of my currently subscribed packages have gone beyond my budget limits. I want to unsubscribe from all my options a re-subscribe to similar options.
