cox ondemand on Tivo boxes have some shows not fully available

Do any of the cox techs know why some ondemand programs when viewed through Tivo equipment only shows some of the program instead of the full program?

Andrew, Cox provides all programs that we receive from the network. To clarify are you saying an episode is missing or episode or show cuts off during playback? -Karen

the episodes/programs cut off examples the kelsea ballerini miss me more music video i the music choice/country folder
