Cox Center Ice Picture Problems

The last two days Cox NHL Center Ice has not worked.  The game pairings are correctly listed with times, but clicking on a game just results in a blocky picture of fuzzy colors totally unrelated to  hockey.  No sound either.  Called Cox twice and both times the staff walked over the same restart the box ground and seemed unaware of any larger problems.  

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

      FIX IT!  Still no sound and a picture that looks like a video feed from a modem - multicolored squares, watery colors.  Again FIX IT!  We are paying a lot of money for this package.
