outages

Anyone else having trouble with frequent outages. Seems to happen every couple of weeks and sometimes for extended periods. Last time I called and two techs told me my box was broken. Finally talked to my neighbor and figured out it wasn't just me. Today the tv keeps freezing. Checked website, another outage. Tired of paying big bucks for no service.
