Why was there dead air on KTAR Channel 1012 NBC last night from 7-9 during the supposed airing of The Voice on Cox Contour?

Why was there dead air on KTAR Channel 1012 NBC last night Monday, December 3rd from 7-9 during the supposed airing of The Voice on Cox Contour?  That episode 21 is not even listed in the On Demand menu.  All other channels were recording fine and Deal or No Deal immediately after the supposed airing of The Voice was there and recorded just fine.  On the replay of Deal or No Deal you can hear the lead out from The Voice.  I have gotten no answers from Tech Support other than it obviously didn't air, which I know to be not true as my son in CT saw it and there are reviews posted and videos on YouTube.

    I'm sorry to hear that happened. Did you have a black screen during any of that time, or was the picture still going, but muted? Are you stating that the recorded DVR version did not pick this up?
