Contour 2/Record 6 Boot Failure

I have tried all that tech support has suggested, and gotten nowhere, insofar as getting box to properly boot up. Any helpful suggestions welcome. Thank you.

  • That could be either a signal issue or an issue with the box itself. Make sure all connections with the coaxial cable are tight as well.       All of this has already been done, to no avail. Multiple technicians have been dispatched. Boxes replaced, too. The problems mutate, not merely from one box to the next, but also with respect to the type of errors that no one has apparently encountered before. That list is growing...
