Is anyone else bewildered why the channel line up for sporting events list the "nicknames" of teams, instead of their school or proper name? Game on now is "Tigers vs. Tigers". Really? Give us casual sport watchers a break.

  • Hi Vegas viewer, I'm sorry about that! The data for the on-screen programming Guide is provided by each TV broadcaster. Have you thought about upgrading to Contour 2? You might find that the Contour 2 Guide with built-in Sports App is right up your alley. With the Contour 2 voice-activated remote control, all you have to say is "college football". The Contour 2 Sports App will display the scores of all games played today, as well as interactive coverage of ongoing games, real-time statistics and play-by-play.
