My XR11RF Remote Control
My XR11RF Remote Control does change the channel and the volume but no longer work the Contour, Guide or many other buttons below the Channel and Volume buttons?

- Hi KJP, have you tried reprogramming your remote? View the Cox Support article at www.cox.com/.../pairing-or-unpairing-the-contour-2-remote.html for the exact steps to clear the remote programming and pair the remote with the receiver. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
