For the last weeks, Animal Kingdom on TNT has had a running commentary for the whole program.?
Looks like your not the only one. What state/area do you live in?
If it was me, I would call in and request a "channel issue form". If Cox gets enough of them for a certain channel, they check the feed and solve problems a technician can't. However, given that multiple people are reporting it, it might fix itself soon. Maybe a moderator might be able to give additional insight.
That sounds like you may have video description turned on by accident (if you are using contour 2). This can be turned on/off by clicking the down arrow once and a small menu will come up at the bottom of the screen. Scroll over to the far left and once video description is highlighted you can click OK to turn it on/off. It will show the current status of either on or off once it is highlighted.
Edit: Also tested the episode under on demand and I was not hearing any of the additional audio on last week's episode.
