Caller ID

My caller ID is turned on, but not showing up on my tv.  How do I fix this?

    Hi Jberroth,

    Please go to your receiver settings and turn the Caller ID off. Then, disconnect the power from your box for about 2 minutes; then, reconnect. After it finishes rebooting, go back into your receiver settings and turn on the Caller ID. Let us know if this helps.
