Anyone know how to fix this error code: XRE 03121?

Started after i changed my cable package.  Tried rebooting the Countour already with tech support.  Only happens on one channel that worked before the switch of plans!

    Hi Pdaddy,

    Which channel are you seeing this error code on? If you have more than one Contour box, are you seeing the issue with all boxes?

      1028 ESPN2.  Just one Countour box.
