Ordered Black Panther and it was in Spanish and it's supposed to be in English. What can I do???

Ordered Black Panther today (June 9th)and it was in Spanish and it's supposed to be in English.

  • Did you order it Ondemand? Check that the cable box isn't set to SAP or Secondary Audio Program. Depending on your remote, there should be a Audio button of some kind. For full instructions, see here.

    Now if you ordered the specific Spanish stream, I think you need to call Cox, get them to discount the price, and then re-order. Or perhaps a moderator can help, but they will probably need you to email them your account info.
