receiver settings reset after moving services?

recently moved services and for some reason my contour 1 receivers' settings were reset and users were cleared, also the audio language settings were changed to alternate from primary... what would have caused those changes? especially the audio language settings being set to alternate rather than primary as they had been.

    My guess would be if an agent may have sent an initialize signal to activate everything at the new address. That would typically return most settings back to their defaults.
