No Clock display on the New Contour box. I would like to have a clock display on the TV.

Hello,

We've been with Cox Arizona for over 13 years now and all of the cable boxes have had a clock display, but now that we have the new Contour cable box we don't have a clock or channel display. Is there a way to set them up on the TV display? Thanks

    The Contour 2 receivers with the time display have DVR functionality. We can certainly take a look at your services and equipment. Please email my team at cox.help@cox.com with this post, your full name and complete address.

      My new contour box didn't come with a clock or channel display either. The clock was a nice feature and it is quite annoying not to see what time it is after you have been use to seeing a clock there for 15+ years. Why would you exclude this feature and only include it with DVR functionality?

        Hello Dbarrett3. The manufacturer of the cable boxes made that decision. Sadly, we have no control over this decision. -Allan
