Contour 2 Problems

The last week or so all my scheduled programs disappeared and this has continued to happen every day or so.  I can unplug the box from power for a few minutes and within an hour or so the scheduled programs are back but have missed recording some programs during the interim.

I called technical support last night and a recording came on that there were known problems with Contour 2 and the engineers are working on the problem.  Does anyone know if this is the problem they are working on?

I hate to trade in my box and lose all my recorded programs and scheduled program settings.

  • @XYZ44 From what you've described it does sound like to me as well that the box could be failing. If you keep needing to reset to get it working again swapping the box out may be the best option -Chris Forums Support Moderator
