I had channel 12 on my mini box before and now it won't work, I have channel 11 and then 17. Channel scans and self test didn't help. What can I do?
Power off then on again. If that doesn't work get it replaced at a local Cox store...
What does the picture show on channels you don't get? Any error message? Black screen?
Also, when you said you did a channel scan, do you mean using the mini box or your TV?
It's an older tv so it won't even tun into the channels it just automatically goes to the next working channel.
I did try that and it hadn't worked
What network is (was) channel 12? I've read lots of lineup changes lately, so perhaps Cox moved it.
