Can not access Netflix

Could not access Netflix last night via the app on my Contour 2 DVR.  Have used the app many times with no problem.  Last night was a first as I tried several times and it does not connect.

I rebooted the modem and still nothing.  Can someone please advise how to correct the problem?

    Some customers have reported getting error UI-800-3 when trying to access Netflix via Contour 2. Our video engineers have identified a temporary workaround while working on a permanent fix. When you get this error, click "more details" on the error screen, and click "reset" on the following screen. This should reload the Netflix app and allow you to login. Please let us know if this workaround allows you to access Netflix.
