Channels not changing!!!

I've got contour... When I change from one channel to another the screen goes black and the contour logo pops up... After a few seconds I get a message that says I need to subscribe to the channel. It's a basic channel, a channel that's available in the lowest tier of service and I'm paying for the highest tier. I'm tired of resetting my contour box through the website.

    It looks like you've got two boxes. OK to reset the main box now? Please reach out here once it's OK to do so. It's important to only reset the main box and not the client box.
