Contour TV guide

My TV guide has been out for weeks. How do I get it back

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your TV guide.  Please try unplugging the power cord to the receiver for two minutes and see if that resolves the issue.  If this has been attempted with no success, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com and provide your service address so we can assist further.
