Cox remote

We have the Contour 2 voice remote with the Contour box.  When looking at the guide, flipping [page up] and [page down] it seems to only flip through 3 channels at a time.  Recently this has been irritating my boyfriend.  Has it always been this way or is there a glitch with the remote and/or system?

    I'm not sure if the guide has been changed recently but I can submit your suggestion for a future update. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with the account details and the request. Also, you can hit the right arrow while on live TV and you will get a guide with only the channel number and titles, no description. I'm showing when I hit the down page on this guide view that it is skipping 5 channels and not a 3 channels. It might be more useful for you guys. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
