NBC Sports Live Extra service for Cox

The Premier League is about 7 weeks away and I am wondering if Cox has any plans and an eta on getting NBC Sports Live Extra service, Verizon FIOS already has this and I think I am about ready to switch providers since once again, Cox is behind on technology.
