tv lineup channel (67)

It seems I no longer receive channel 67 which showed the daily lineup of channel offerings each day.  I checked with Cox (chat) and was told I had to purchase a "box" to continue to receive channel 67 or use the on-line guide at cox.com.  Others I know who live in Niceville continue to receive channel 67 without the purchase of a "box" from Cox; however, channel 67 is not available in Crestview.  Why is that?  And when I check the tv lineup at cox.com it is not accurate.  For instance, tonight's prime time lineup does not show "Survivor" although the new survivor season begins tonight Feb. 15.
