Some lines in the call history are displayed in red. Can someone tell me what that means?
That link works. Someone at Cox should read and proof it though for the improperly worded English. On a related matter, my "Voice Tools" still shows the times of calls were an hour earlier than the actual time of the call.
Mine still do too.
I sent emails to email@example.com about this three weeks ago. I was asked to allow Cox personnel to change my password and sign in to my account as me. I declined to give up security to be a test case, but I do expect Cox to fix this known issue.
Yes....for certain calls the times are off by 1 to 2 hours. Red means calls were missed. And someone or somehow certain important calls I've made are 'Selectively removed' from my history log. But I have proof I've made these calls. And is that a call duration field I just screen printed........with zeros as the duration....... this field is either in the file or it is not. And the durations should have been retrieved,,,,,,,they cannot be made up.
