I keep getting letters warning me of a disconnection of my phone service if I don't update my phone, yet I went in to a Cox support store and scheduled an appointment and had a technician come back in March. When I go through the updatemyphone link on Cox it just throws me to my profile with no other options. I'm not sure what else needs to be updated and why it wasn't already taken care of when I had the technician come back in March for that exact update. I don't normally use my phone in my bundle but it is cheaper with it so I don't want to lose my bundle discount.
