Are there any updates to the issues with call history not logging in phone tools yet? I was contacted by a csr from Cox who left me a voice message telling me there would be a resolution & it's still not logging in any of my calls other than voice messages. Is anyone else still having this problem? It's been a month for me now with a ticket # & it being escalated.
What about in RI?
Steve, when you go onto the cox connect app or cox.com & look under call history incoming & outgoing calls were not logging for over a month. The only thing it would show is voice mail. I'm in RI. Let cox know if yours still isn't working.

Yes, I did, but it wasn't from Jayson & I didn't call back because I didn't want to stay on the phone with Cox for an hour being transferred to different depts.
