Are there any updates to the issues with call history not logging in phone tools yet? I was contacted by a csr from Cox who left me a voice message telling me there would be a resolution & it's still not logging in any of my calls other than voice messages. Is anyone else still having this problem? It's been a month for me now with a ticket # & it being escalated.

My call history does not show up on the new voice everywhere app. I’m in RI.
There's been a problem with call history for me since jan8. They told me once I was migrated to voice everywhere it would be fixed..... I guess not.
Kevin, Call history is showing up but I don't want to say it's fixed because it worked for 1 day before in the past month. I'd like to see that it's working for at least a week or more since I've waited so long to try to get it fixed.
