Update to call history in phone tools?

Are there any updates to the issues with call history not logging in phone tools yet? I was contacted by a csr from Cox who left me a voice message telling me there would be a resolution & it's still not logging in any of my calls other than voice messages. Is anyone else still having this problem? It's been a month for me now with a ticket # & it being escalated. 

  • We are planning to turn everything back on starting Friday in our Arizona market and if everything is working as intended with the current fix, we will be turning it on in a staggered fashion starting on Monday with all of our other markets.
