Are there any updates to the issues with call history not logging in phone tools yet? I was contacted by a csr from Cox who left me a voice message telling me there would be a resolution & it's still not logging in any of my calls other than voice messages. Is anyone else still having this problem? It's been a month for me now with a ticket # & it being escalated.
