I have had Nomorobo installed since September. It is still not working. I have spent hours on the phone with Cox. After two months they discovered I didn’t have the upgraded service that is required. They installed it. It’s still not working. They won’t do anything more. They say I need to talk with Nomorobo. Nomorobo say they have contacted Cox about it. In the meantime, I am getting Robo calls but I refuse to spend one more minute on the phone with Cox. It is exhausting and discouraging.
That begs the question of what Cox troubleshoots while on the phone for hours.
Becky, thank you so much, BUT, the news I have is good. Nomorobo is working. It started two days ago. I have no idea why or how, but suddenly I noticed that my phone calls were down to one ring. Since summer, as you know, I've been working on it, and now, believe it or not, it is here. At least, I'm assuming it's here, since all these calls are down to one ring. So I won't need to reset anything right at the moment, and I am thrilled beyond words! It's been a long struggle, but from what I'm seeing these last couple of days, Nomorobo may have been worth the effort.
