Expired Security Certificate for Cox Phonetools

Subject: Expired Security Certificate for Cox Phone tools

I get an error pop up when I try to access Cox Phone Tools...

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from phonetools.cox.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). 


<phonetools.cox.com/history has expireed.>

Checking the Web Page shows that the security certificate expired 11/05/2018.

Please advise.
