Edit: the problem is with https://phonetools.cox.com/. Nothing can be accessed normally past it without dealing with the dire Google Chrome warning.
Perhaps this has something to do with changing from daylight savings time to standard... please advise.

I was able to view the call history the other day, and now, I had to through the advance settings on my computer. On my iPad, I signed in and the screen was just a blank white page.
Firefox refused to connect to phonetools.cox.com with the message "Your connection is not secure." The details indicate the Cox certificate expired 11/5/18 06:54:54 am SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERT. . I clicked on Advanced to add it as an exception, but unchecked the "Permanent" box. This allowed me into phone tools for the current session, but after restarting my computer the error message came back. Someone at Cox needs to update their certificate - - this could be a hack.
Doing the same thing here, I can't bypass it any way I try
