Edit: the problem is with https://phonetools.cox.com/. Nothing can be accessed normally past it without dealing with the dire Google Chrome warning.
Perhaps this has something to do with changing from daylight savings time to standard... please advise.

Thanks for the reply and can verify that it's a way of accessing the URL. My question at this point is, will I be forced to deal with this issue until spring when we return to daylight savings time or is there a resolution in the meantime?
The problem seems to be gone this evening. Thanks.
Edit- I'm not landing on the error page but the address window still shows the URL to not be secure.
Mine still isn't.
I was able to view the call history the other day, and now, I had to through the advance settings on my computer. On my iPad, I signed in and the screen was just a blank white page.
The problem is that Cox has failed to renew their SSL certificate for phonetools.cox.com. They need to fix this and customers should not be told to ignore the error. Ignoring certificate errors is bad security practice. This is very easy for the technical team to resolve and has been going on for a week.
