I found out today that on the new platform there is no way to disable call waiting. It’s not an option in the phone tools and even tech support can not do it. Even downgrading to the most basic line did not work. I was told it may still be an option for some because they are still on the “old” platform. What a huge disappointment. I was so excited to finally have cox service in my aria, but now I won’t be able to use it. Please fix this issue!
I am leaving Cox because of this. I work from home and can't have features on my phone. How in the world in 2018 can you not be able to disable the features you don't want? Very disappointed and I'm sending an email to corporate. I've been a customer for 20 years and now I have to find new service.
