I found out today that on the new platform there is no way to disable call waiting. It’s not an option in the phone tools and even tech support can not do it. Even downgrading to the most basic line did not work. I was told it may still be an option for some because they are still on the “old” platform. What a huge disappointment. I was so excited to finally have cox service in my aria, but now I won’t be able to use it. Please fix this issue!
Have you tried dialing *38. It might also be *370 or *380 depending on where you live. Then again I am going off this support article, which may not be relevant anymore.
