Have turned off voice mail but still get stutter dial tone. How can I make it stop?

  • Hello, please turn voicemail back on and log into your inbox. Please listen and erase all message in the inbox and any saved messages. Sounds as if you may still have one in the system not played, or if you have a base unit phone in the home that has an answering machine attached. It may have defaulted on and a message is sitting there as well. Once all have been checked and you still need assistance.
