Intermittent dial tone,
We have an itermittent dial tone on both wireless and wired phones. Also when on a call the phone will go dead. The phone light on the phone modem is blinking all the time when this happens.

- Hi there, the telephone light blinking is what will happen when someone is actively using the telephone line (meaning they have a handset off the hook).
