I had an old modem switched out for a new one today on my landline and now my call history does not update anymore.
How can I fix this? Thank you.
Sorry, but I’m still not clear as to why I had access to the phone tools call history before I got my modem switched out. To be clear, we are talking about the phone tools feature on the website, right? I thought that was a free feature included with my phone service.
Actually, I think it may have been the area switching out to Cox Voice. I hear in areas with the new system, TV Caller ID and online call history don't work.
