So the following is a list of robocalls just in the morning I got from being with Cox. Can you publically explain why this is happening and Cox didn't get its act together before now or why they won't let us out of phone contracts? Seems to me that a class action suit would be in order.

I had this problem once. I started getting calls from (703) 539-8978 (Cox Communicati)...I wouldn't answer because I had nothing open with Cox. Basically, I had to opt out of marketing calls.

No not from Cox. Of course I've been on that for years.
