Caller Id

Caller Id is not working on my phones....all it says is "incoming call".

    I've gone ahead and reset that modem. Please know that I had to cancel the disconnect work order to get the phone service working properly. It's very important that you call in again and cancel your services a day or two before you move. Can you go ahead and test the Caller ID for me?
