Transcribe of voicemail and email sent is no longer working

Hi,

I travel quite a bit, so am not home to get voicemail messages.

I used to have it configured to transcribe the message and send me an email.

I noticed lately, I'm not getting any notification of a voicemail, no transcription, and no email containing the voicemail left for me.

How do I set that up again? It is very helpful for people who work and not babysitting their home phone.
