Boy can I second that. Every day I have to go through my voice mail and delete them. Its a real pain.
I don't answer the phone anymore unless I recognize the caller id. My cell phone has a free call blocker.
This is getting out of control. The Do Not Call List on line is useless. I get more calls now than ever.
I hope COX can come up with some free technology to control it.
Am I correct in assuming an NIU is the old system where they put a box on the outside wall of your house and the eMTA is inside my house where the cable connects to the device and the phone line is connected to the same device? I hope so, because I have the inside device.
So if the modem is the same, and everything else is the same. why is Cox charging for a professional upgrade to install Cox Voice? What is there to install if you already have CDT?

You sure? How do you explain this? Do you mean new customer as in new telephone customer or brand new customer? It would seem current customers in some market have gotten it. I just want to know the transition effect.
