Frequently, our phone is dialing out approx. 11:30 pm.
If we pick it up, first there's silence then digital tones like a redial but there's no call out.
Is Cox quality checking our line?

What did Cox find out about the auto dialing on your phone? We are waiting for the answer before we decide to update our phone system.
Do you have an alarm system?
