Can not call out or receive calls. No dial tone.
Can't make calls out or receive calls in on our phone. no dial tone. When we call our phone it goes strait to voicemail but does not store messages. I've unplugged the phone modem and waited a few; I've unplugged the phone base and plugged it back in. I've checked everything the booklet told me to do. I can only think it must be on your end. What's next?
