Cox Phone would not receive calls from my Track Phone.

Cox Phone would not receive calls from my Track Phone. Cox Phone worked on calls from a regular landline phone.

Made a total of four calls to customer support. The first three thought I was an Idiot when their cell phone worked properly

to my Cox Phone.

On my fourth call talked to Stacy at tech support. She asked who my Track cell phone carrier was and had no idea.

She contacted the people from the switch.I think that is what it is called. Five minutes later I became a happy camper solving something that has eluded me for three days and four calls to tech support.
