The subcontractor spent 90 minutes in our home this morning connecting the phone modem that is required by Cox Communications. Since that time, the phone no longer has a dial tone. Phone calls cannot be made out or calls received.

Since your internet seems to be working, try plugging your phone into the other jack on the back of the modem.
