What's going on with Internet service in central Florida? And why has the customer service line been "busy" for the last hour?
Also experiencing an outage in Ocala and calls to (888) 269-9693 ring busy...
I called Cox tech support yesterday and after an hour on hold was told that a DNS server was down due to power outage caused by a storm somewhere. It should be back up now.

Hi Everyone, we did have an outage in the central Florida region last night after our normal Social Media hours. I apologize not only for the outage, but also because I know it was difficult to confirm the problem last night!
