Cannot access enhanced webmail

Since last week I have not been able to access enhance webmail.  Classic webmail works fine.  When attempting to get enhanced webmail I get a msg that says I must have Adobe Flash Player 9 or above.  I currently have Adobe Flash Player 11 Active X,  v11.3.300.257 installed (shown in my control panel  " Programs And Features") and have deleted/reinstalled flash player 4 times.  I still cannot access enhanced webmail. Anyone run into this before?

    Is it possible to try reinstalling flash player and try again?

    Fixed it.  Problem was the "Adobe Flash Object"  add-on was disabled.  Went to Manage Add-ons in internet tools and enabled it.  Problem solved.  Maybe this will help someone else.
